(“The Barcode Group”) represents a rebranding of the holding company formed in 2021 by Clearview Capital (Fund IV) and Canopy Capital Partners to merge Infinity Worlds, Belmont Partners and Portu Sunberg (including wholly owned subsidiaries Tana Sales and Marketing, Avenue C, and Retell). The Barcode Group brings together three industry leaders with decades of combined expertise serving established and emerging national brands and private label suppliers across retail channels including Target, Walmart, Amazon, and Costco with a shared commitment to exceptional service.

Turtle Infrastructure Partners (“TIP”) represents the combination of the legacy Turtle Southeast and Cheyenne Associates brands. TIP is a full-service roadway and related infrastructure maintenance provider, with services including asphalt repair, milling, clean-up, median mowing, guardrail installation & repair, and highway signage improvements. TIP services the entire state from its four office locations in Central Florida.

Canopy Building Services represents an investment thesis in the broader building envelope services space. The platform is focused on the continued growth and modernization of Florida’s built infrastructure and services a wide variety of end markets throughout the state. Foundational assets include Professional Glass and SkyView Glass, which provide fabrication, installation, and replacement of exterior and interior commercial glass systems.
Guardian Logistics Solutions | Charlotte, NC

Guardian Logistics Solutions is an asset-light transportation and logistics services platform offering comprehensive logistics solutions, facilitating the seamless movement of goods from ports/airports to doorsteps within the Carolinas and points beyond. Guardian’s core service offering includes a mix of local Pickup and Delivery, Container Freight Station Services, Warehousing and Freight Brokerage. Guardian operates through their network of six warehouse facilities across the Carolinas.

Based in Trenton, GA, NBS provides maintenance, repair and installation services to recovery and power boilers across end markets such as pulp and paper, chemical, power generation and utility. NBS is supported by a national network of craftsmen laborers who deliver highly technical, specialty welding services to customers on-site at their facilities. NBS seeks to expand its customers in both existing and new end markets and add complementary services, both organically and through strategic acquisitions.
