Canopy Capital Partners Announces Successful Exit of Cloud 9 Services
Tampa, FL – February 20, 2024 — Canopy Capital Partners (“CCP”), a Tampa-based private equity firm is pleased to announce that it has successfully exited its investment in Cloud 9 Services, LLC (“Cloud 9”), an Orlando-based provider of specialty cleaning, maintenance, and repair services for underground sewer and stormwater infrastructure. Cloud 9 Services was acquired by Wind River Environmental, LLC a premier provider of non-hazardous liquid waste solutions based in Marlborough, MA and portfolio company of Gryphon Investors.
